Our Children and Young People services offer individual support to children and young people to access positive activities in the community and also within their family homes. With the help of our highly experienced complex needs support workers, we support children and young people with varied needs, including: autistic conditions, learning disabilities, physical impairment and various complex health conditions.<\/p>

Our support ranges from personal care routines, including medication support to assistance with accessing the community.<\/p>

Our range of support packages include day, evening, overnight, school holidays and weekends. Packages are tailor made to meet the individual child or young person in line with their specific needs. We see every child or young person as unique so before our service begins, we carry out a comprehensive needs assessment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
